What's in a rebrand

Below are the typical phases of a rebrand project. However, every project is different and so the approach needs to be dynamic.

Planning

This part of the project is the most exciting. Agreeing the new brand, creative and messaging. During this phase it's extremely important to stress test the guidelines to ensure the practicality when it comes to application. 

In order to properly plan the project you must undertake an audit of the business. This involves lifting every stone and checking every cupboard to create a matrix of all assets in which will be included in the scope to change. 

Using your asset matrix and working with SMEs the planning phase pulls all timelines, resources and costs together, usually into a Project Initiation Document for approval by the Project Steering Comittee

Putting all your hard work in place. Engaging the resources allocated and working with any third parties to deliver the changes agreed, ensuring delivery to time and cost.
